This machine tool is mainly used to grind the horizontal plane of the workpiece around the grinding wheel, and it can also grind the vertical side of the workpiece flange with the side of the grinding wheel. It can process the parts made of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. During grinding, the workpiece can be directly fixed on the worktable or firmly absorbed on the electromagnetic chuck or clamped by other fixtures for grinding. It has a wide range of applications and is suitable for various machining factories , measuring tool factory, automobile, mold and other industries parts grinding.
■ This series of machine tools are two axis program-controlled horizontal axis rectangular table surface grinding machines upgraded from general machine tools, which are suitable for processing large quantities of workpieces.
■ Products cover 30S, 50, 60 series and HZ-800 and other grinding head mobile series surface grinder. After the upgrading of product programming, it has the function of visual automatic operation, which improves the convenience of operation. The machine tool has the function of automatic grinding, which can realize one person multi machine operation, and greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operator.
■ The machine adopts the movable layout of grinding head, which is composed of bed, worktable, column, carriage and grinding head. The worktable moves back and forth on the bed, the grinding head moves horizontally on the carriage, and the carriage and the grinding head move vertically on the column.
■ The reciprocating motion of the worktable is driven by hydraulic pressure, and the motion speed is stepless.
■ The machine tool is a two axis program-controlled machine tool. The transverse feed motion and vertical feed motion of grinding head are driven by servo motor. The rotation of the grinding wheel spindle is driven by AC motor.
■ The standard configuration of this series of machine tools is semi closed cover for the one meter machine tool, and simple cover for the machine tool whose worktable is more than one meter long.
■ It adopts simple graphical man-machine interface, simple operation function, and high quality, high efficiency and advanced LCD touch screen.
■ Operation mode and function: set zero position of workpiece - set total grinding amount - feed rate of rough grinding each time - feed rate of fine grinding each time - number of fine grinding times - number of smooth grinding after grinding, the grinding wheel returns to zero position of workpiece, and there are left and right feed, inside and outside feed and single and double feed modes of worktable, which are convenient for operator to choose.
